A framework to guide an education response to the COVID-19 Pandemic of 2020

The Report aims to support education decision making in response to COVID-19 pandemic. It provides a framework for developing plans to ensure continuity of learning through alternate modalities and areas which such plans need to address. Based on a rapid assessment of education needs and responses emerging in 98 countries and using data from PISA to inform the framework witht the possible challenges in dependence on online education as an alternative modality.
